I’m a Christ follower, wife, mom, personal trainer and nutrition coach. I graduated from UNL with a degree in elementary education. I taught for a little bit after college, but then changed directions and spent 7 years doing online marketing. I’ve always been passionate about fitness, so in 2016 I decided to take that passion to the next level and became a personal trainer.
I love helping people set goals, reach those goals and ultimately improve their life. Every day is exciting and challenging because every client is unique and on their own journey. Through encouragement, support and accountability I’ve helped many clients lose weight, build muscle, change eating habits and make lasting lifestyle changes.
Fitness and nutrition can be confusing and overwhelming, especially with all of the information floating around, but you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
